Wagamuffins Salon and Spa offers high quality dog grooming services. Book at our physical location inside Diggs for Dogs Boarding Kennel or schedule a mobile visit, we'd love to pamper your pup!

Policies

• Matting and Impaction
  There is a $20 matting fee in addition to normal grooming costs for pelted and excessively matted coats. This is to cover the extra wear and tear on our grooming equipment due to the excessive matting as well as the extra time required to remove the matts safely.
• Pickup and Dropoff
  Dropoff is between 8 and 9am unless arranged otherwise ahead of time. We'll text you to let you know when your pet is ready for pickup, and they must be picked up within the hour or there will be a $25 daycare fee. Please let us know of any time restraints ahead of time and we'll be a happy to work with your schedule!
• Vaccines
  All pets must have a current rabies vaccine on file in order to be groomed. Vet paperwork showing your name, their name, and vaccine info can be emailed to wagamuffinsnc@gmail.com or a copy can be brought to dropoff, whichever works best for you!
• Behavioral Concerns
  We are happy to work with dogs that struggle with the grooming process, but dogs requiring extra time or help will be charged a $20 handling fee in addition to their regular grooming charge. If your dog is severely stressed by the grooming process we may choose to stop service for their safety and wellbeing.
