• Are you open Fridays?
  We are open for BATHS ONLY on Fridays!
• Do I have to wait for my dog?
  No, with a flexible schedule, you may drop your dog off and pick them up before closing at your convenience!
• Can my pet be done while I wait?
  Yes, for an additional fee we can expedite your pets groom to start as soon as you and your pet arrive!

Policies

• FRIDAYS!
  Please note that FRIDAYS are reserved for baths ONLY! We do not do haircuts on Fridays!
• Flea/Tick
  If your pet has fleas and/or ticks, they will be treated with a non avasive treatment charged at the owners expense.
• Bad Dog
  It is our goal to be able to serve every pet we see, however, we will not risk injury to ourselves or your pet if they are determined to be aggressive, stressed, or an "at risk" pet. Our services will still be charged at the owners expense for our time.
• Canceling/No Show Appointments
  If you cancel your appointment or do not show, you will be required to pay a NON REFUNDABLE deposit on your next booking. The deposit will go towards your appointment services.
