• Are you accepting new clients?
  Yes! We’re currently accepting new clients and would love to meet you and your pup. Availability may be limited, so we recommend booking in advance. New clients will be asked to fill out an intake form and provide up-to-date vaccination records before their first appointment.
• Can I stay with my dog during the grooming appointment?
  For safety reasons and to help keep your pet calm, we do not allow owners to stay during the grooming process. Most pets are more relaxed and cooperative when their owner isn’t present.
• What’s your cancellation policy?
  Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment—or no-shows—may be charged a fee of up to $40 per pet. Frequent cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings.
• Do I need an appointment, or do you accept walk-ins?
  All grooming services are by appointment only. This ensures each pet receives the time and attention they need in a low-stress environment. Walk-ins may be turned away unless previously arranged.
