  Our new M.E.D. Herbal Shampoo to stop the itching and start the healing. Includes our Herbal shampoo infused with eucalyptus, chamomile, and aloe, an unscented cream conditioner for extra moisture and a final touch with paw balm for those dry nose and paws.

• Spa Package

  Get a fresh start with our Clarifying shampoo, Volumizing Conditioner & teeth brushing added to your service *$30 value*

• Weekend Fee

  Weekend fee is automatically applied to any weekend service, due to limited space and high demand

• De-shedding Shampoo & Conditioner

  If done regularly, it can reduce shedding up to 90% Helps release under coat that's already about to shed and helps us blow and bush the under coat out better. Shampoo and conditioner has to sit on pet for 15 minutes (perfect for huskies, labs, corgis, and other similar shedding breeds)

Frequently Asked Questions

• How much are nail trims?
  Nails are $15 and is a walk-in service and your welcome to stop in whenever we are open
• Do you offer flea treatments?
  For the health and safety of all our clients, we do not accept pets with known flea infestations. We highly recommend keeping your pet on a regular preventive or consulting your vet. However, if fleas are discovered during a grooming session, we will automatically bathe your pet with a specialized flea shampoo to contain the issue. Please note that an additional flea-treatment fee will apply.
• How long does a grooming session take?
  Please plan for your pet to be with us for 3 to 4 hours. We ask for this extra time to ensure we can work safely at your pet's pace. Times vary based on size, breed, behavior, and coat condition. We might ask for additional time based on how many pet's you have booked for the appointment.
• What is your cancellation policy?
  We understand that unexpected circumstances arise, but we ask that you give us as much notice as possible to help us open the slot to other pets on our waiting list. •Cancellations within 24 hours: Subject to a $30 cancellation fee. •No-shows or cancellations within 1 hour: Subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service (minimum $30). •Payment: Fees will be charged to the card on file or added to your account balance to be paid before your next booking. •Repeat offenses: Frequent late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future visits or being placed on our "Do Not Book" list. •New clients: First-time clients who no-show or cancel within 1 hour of their first appointment may be automatically added to our "Do Not Book" list.
