  We come to you! Our fully equipped grooming van parks in your driveway or nearby, and your pet is groomed inside the unit. You don’t need to provide anything—we bring the tools, water, and power.
• Do I need to be home during the grooming appointment?
  Appointments can be done without you being home if we have access to your pet and clear instructions.
• How long does the grooming take?
  Most grooms take 1 to 2 hours depending on the breed, coat condition, and temperament. We focus on one pet at a time for a low-stress experience.
• What areas do you serve?

• Is mobile grooming more expensive than a salon?
  Mobile grooming is typically slightly higher in price due to the convenience, one-on-one care, and no wait times—but our prices are affordable and competitive for the value we provide.
• What if my dog is aggressive or anxious?
  We handle all pets with patience and care. If your dog is known to be aggressive or reactive, please let us know in advance. Muzzles may be used for safety. We may refuse service if it becomes unsafe for the groomer or pet.
• Do you groom senior or special needs dogs?
  Yes! Our certified pet groomers are specialized in gentle handling for seniors and pets with medical conditions. These pets are groomed for comfort and cleanliness with their safety as our top priority.
• Do you require proof of vaccinations?
  Yes. All pets must be up-to-date on rabies and other core vaccines as required by Texas state law. Proof may be requested at any time.
• What payment methods do you accept?
  We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Zelle, and other mobile payment methods. Payment is due at the time of service.
• Do you require a deposit to book an appointment?
  Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount is applied toward your total grooming cost on the day of service.If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited. New clients and no-show rebookings must pay a deposit before future appointments can be confirmed.

  We provide a 1-hour arrival window for each appointment (for example, between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM). • How does your pricing go?
  Our prices are based on the size of the dog, temperament, and coat condition. Additional fees may apply for special handling or matting.

Policies

• Matted Pet Release
  When a pet’s coat is matted beyond brushing, the most humane solution is to shave the hair. While this may alter your pet’s appearance temporarily, it is the safest and least painful option. We do not offer full de-matting services, but partial de-matting may be performed if it does not cause undue stress or discomfort. An additional fee of $25 per 15 minutes may apply. By proceeding with grooming, you authorize us to shave or partially de-mat your pet as necessary and understand the risks involved, including the possibility of a shorter haircut. Should veterinary care become necessary, the client agrees to assume all associated costs.
• Cancellation Policy
  To avoid a cancellation fee, we ask that all appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance. A $50 fee per pet will be charged for no-shows or last-minute cancellations. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an opening.
• Late Payment Policy
  Payment is due at the time of service. A $10 daily late fee will be added to unpaid invoices. Returned checks incur a minimum fee of $50, plus any bank fees. Clients are fully responsible for all fees associated with non-payment.
• Health & Vaccination Requirements
  To ensure the safety of all pets in our care: Pets must not have been exposed to distemper, rabies, or parvovirus in the past 30 days. Vaccinations must be current and verifiable upon request. Please inform us of any medical or behavioral conditions prior to your appointment.
• Aggressive or Dangerous Pets
  If your pet has a history of biting or aggression, it must be disclosed prior to grooming. Muzzles may be used for safety. Pink Poochies, LLC reserves the right to refuse or stop services if a pet displays unsafe behavior. Any injuries or damages caused will be the client’s responsibility, including medical bills and equipment replacement.
• Senior & Medically Compromised Pets
  We take extra care when grooming senior pets or those with medical conditions. While we aim for comfort and cleanliness, grooming may sometimes aggravate existing issues. In an emergency, we may seek immediate veterinary attention and make every effort to contact you. All veterinary costs are the responsibility of the pet’s owner.
• Media Use
  Photos or videos taken by or submitted to Pink Poochies, LLC may be used for promotional purposes. By using our services, you grant permission for your pet’s images to be used without additional consent or compensation.
