If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be charged a $35 rebooking fee. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment:) If you are 15+ minutes late to your appt. it will result in a $20 late fee. No show fee= $45:) Do to not having the facilities to board, you are required to pick up your pet once they ready to be picked up.
