Due to a large number of cancellations no call, no Show clients are subject to being charged up to 50% of the service scheduled. Those who have no called, no showed more than 2 times will no longer be accepted onto the client list due to our schedule being timed, as well as based off of appointments. By confirming, or cancelling, your appointment through the app it saves us the time slot to use for other customers who are looking to schedule, and you the no show fee. We appreciate your business and look forward to getting to see your fur babies.
